Peawee is a gentle and empowering Pilates class designed especially for mums and their little ones. Whether you're newly postpartum or simply seeking a mindful way to rebuild your strength, this class supports your recovery while nurturing the bond with your baby.

🍼 What to Expect:

  • Safe and effective Pilates-based exercises to support postnatal recovery
  • Focus on core strength, posture, pelvic floor, and overall mobility
  • Gentle interaction with your baby throughout the session
  • A welcoming space for all mums—no pressure, just progress

👶 Babies are welcome to lie beside you, be held during movements, or nap in their carrier—this is your time, at your pace.
Suitable for mums after their 6–12 week postnatal check (depending on delivery type and GP approval).

Light lunches and snacks are also available if you’d like to stay and soak up the scenery.

We move with care and intention, using breath, posture, and alignment to support joint mobility, core stability, and balance—while always being kind to your body.

Our aim is simple: to stay as mobile as possible, for as long as possible. We're determined to maintain our independence through confident, capable movement—no matter our age or ability.

Unlock your riding potential with this focused 4-week Pilates course designed specifically for equestrians. RideAlign guides you through essential Pilates exercises that improve rider posture, balance, and core control—key elements for developing a stable, effective seat.

This course is something I feel incredibly passionate about. As a horse rider for over 35 years and a riding instructor, I’ve seen first-hand how crucial rider symmetry and balance are to our horse’s ability to move freely and confidently. Too often, our own posture and movement patterns are overlooked—yet they play a pivotal role in how our horse responds. When we ride out of alignment, it creates tension, unbalance and confusion in our horses; when we move with control and awareness, our horses thrive.

Each session will build your body awareness and alignment, helping you move with greater precision and ease. As your own strength and stability improve, so does your horse’s performance, comfort, and connection.

Because when we move better, they move better.
