Each Monday, Nikki sets a small, focused movement to work on — like balance, posture, core, or mobility.

It’s designed to:

🧘 Build strength, flexibility, and confidence step by step
✅ Keep you accountable with quick, achievable challenges

The idea isn’t to be perfect — it’s to keep moving forward.

Feel-Good Foodie Friday is where we end the week with a healthy recipe or food idea to try.
It’s about making food that’s simple, tasty, and good for you — so you can go into the weekend feeling inspired.

It’s designed to:
🍴 Give you meal and snack ideas
💛 Make healthy eating feel fun, not complicated
🌟 Celebrate progress at the end of the week

How do I Join?

 

Becoming part of Kinesis Club is simple — it’s about saying yes to looking after yourself. 💛

1️⃣ Start with Pilates – Join Nikki for a live online class, an in-person session, or a 1-2-1 at the studio.
2️⃣ Get added to the WhatsApp group – This is where you’ll receive your weekly Motivation Monday, Wellness Wednesday, and Feel-Good Foodie Friday updates, plus encouragement and accountability from the community.
3️⃣ Stay involved – Take part in the small weekly challenges, try out the food tips, and share your progress (a simple ✅ is enough).
4️⃣ Enjoy the extras – Pre-recorded routines, live Zoom sessions, and regular support to help keep you consistent.

👉 There’s no pressure, no competition — just a welcoming space to build strength, mobility, and healthy habits together.
