Hello, I’m Nikki Leslie, a proud mum of two wonderful children and someone passionate about helping others achieve their goals. My journey has been shaped by a lifelong dedication to health, fitness, and personal growth as a mum entering her 40's. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned to inspire and support others.
Being a mum is at the heart of who I am. I’m committed to building meaningful memories with my children, teaching them right from wrong, and helping them grow into kind, resilient individuals. Balancing life as a parent while making time for self-care has been a journey, but I’ve learned how important it is to look after yourself—not just for your own well-being, but so you can be strong and healthy for the people who matter most. I want to teach my children the importance of healthy eating and staying active, showing them how these habits can fuel a vibrant, balanced life. By prioritizing wellness, I’m planning ahead for the future memories and adventures we’ll share as a family.
My passion for fitness began early with my love of horses. At just seven years old, I started riding and competing with ponies. This taught me discipline and perseverance, traits that have guided me throughout my life. Today, I feel lucky to see this passion live on through my daughter and niece.
At 19, I became a qualified Gym Instructor, building on the fitness I naturally developed while working on stable yards. The physical demands of mucking out, stacking hay bales, and riding horses gave me a strong foundation in balance, strength, and endurance. These experiences have shaped my practical approach to fitness and wellness.
For the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Pilates classes and seeing individuals grow in confidence, strength, and ability. Watching their progress motivates me to continue learning and refining my teaching. I always encourage listening to your body and focusing on what feels right for you—a philosophy that guides all my coaching.
Alongside the discoveries I’ve gained through practicing Pilates, running has always been my favorite form of cardiovascular exercise. It’s not only a powerful way to promote heart and lung health but also an incredible tool for managing mental challenges. Running provides me with clarity, focus, and a sense of accomplishment that fuels my overall well-being. As I prepare for my first half marathon this March, I’m committed to challenging myself, demonstrating perseverance, and setting an example of resilience. Fitness is a journey that can fit into any lifestyle, and I’m excited to share my experiences, support others in reaching their goals, and inspire a love for movement, both for physical and mental strength.
Confidence is a journey we all strive to master, and like many, I’ve reflected on moments of insecurity in my younger years . The transformative changes women experience, especially through motherhood, can challenge self-esteem, but they also provide opportunities for growth. Pilates has been instrumental in helping me embrace these changes, teaching me self-love and the importance of honoring my body. It’s more than just physical improvements—it’s about building a deeper connection to yourself, fostering resilience, and finding confidence from within. This journey is one I’m passionate about sharing with others.
