Unlock your riding potential with this focused 4-week Pilates course designed specifically for equestrians. RideAlign guides you through essential Pilates exercises that improve rider posture, balance, and core control—key elements for developing a stable, effective seat.
This course is something I feel incredibly passionate about. As a horse rider for over 35 years and a riding instructor, I’ve seen first-hand how crucial rider symmetry and balance are to our horse’s ability to move freely and confidently. Too often, our own posture and movement patterns are overlooked—yet they play a pivotal role in how our horse responds. When we ride out of alignment, it creates tension, unbalance and confusion in our horses; when we move with control and awareness, our horses thrive.
Each session will build your body awareness and alignment, helping you move with greater precision and ease. As your own strength and stability improve, so does your horse’s performance, comfort, and connection.
Because when we move better, they move better.
